Our Mission

Our organization strives to promote the shorter workweek, and to function as a resource center for those employers and employees who are interested in transitioning to a better way of working. Through the commissioning and publishing of research, the hosting of conferences and webinars, and through mass communication campaigns, WORK 4 endeavors to create international platforms for exchange, through which employers and employees can learn about the benefits of a shorter workweek, and at which organizations that have already shifted to a shorter workweek can offer experience and counsel to those just getting started.
